Quase tudo, hoje em dia, é digital. Dá pra comprar pizza, celular, roupa, livro, cd e tudo mais sem sair de casa e apenas com um simples click. Mas o que está por trás do click? Quais ações de marketing são importantes para que a empresa atue corretamente nesse novo mundo digital?
A primeira e mais importante ação de marketing a ser perseguida por toda empresa que decidir estar inserida no mundo digital é que, apesar da máquina, os clientes continuam sendo de carne e osso. Isso mesmo, os clientes não viram máquinas por estarem comprando por um site. Os funcionários devem lembrar que também são pessoas e lidar uns com os outros de maneira pessoal e humana. Infelizmente algumas empresas adotam sistemas com scripts tão rígidos que parecem robôs do outro lado.
Para dar continuidade ao conceito digital é importante que a empresa perceba que a velocidade dessa nova modalidade é muito diferente do jeito convencional de se fazer negócios. Quando uma pessoa dá um click do outro lado, deseja que o seu pedido seja atendido ainda mais rápido do que se fosse a uma loja para retirar os produtos. Em outras palavras, de nada adianta oferecer o serviço em ambiente digital se continuará a ser executado como no tempo das pedras.
Para finalizar, na ação de marketing digital é fundamental atender o que foi prometido. Nada de fotos lindas, prazos que não podem ser cumpridos ou coisas que apenas fiquem na aparência mas, quando estiver ao vivo e à cores seja completamente diferente. É claro que esse princípio serve também para os negócios convencionais, a diferença é que mundo digital se não houver transparência, não haverá o negócio. A velocidade com que as informações circulam fará com que a empresa deixe de prestar seus serviços mais rapidamente do que começou.
