Acordo entre Santander e Sebrae libera até R$ 375 mi em crédito para franquias

A expectativa é que a parceria viabilize pelo menos 6 mil contratos de financiamento, que deverão ser utilizados inicialmente como capital de giro O Sebrae anunciou nessa segunda (27) que vai oferecer R$ 25 milhões em garantia para empréstimos feitos por franquias no banco Santander. A entidade afirma que, com esse valor, o banco pode disponibilizar até R$ 375 milhões em crédito para pequenos empresários.

O convênio entre as organizações, com prazo de cinco anos, visa atender exclusivamente pequenos negócios (com faturamento anual de até R$ 3,6 milhões) que operem no modelo de franquia e que sejam clientes do Santander.

É o segundo acordo firmado entre o Sebrae e um banco privado neste ano. O primeiro, anunciado em maio, foi com o banco Bradesco.

Em comunicado, o presidente do Sebrae, Luiz Barretto, afirmou que “com mais esse convênio, o Sebrae expande a base de instituições financeiras que atuam no atendimento aos pequenos negócios e coloca à disposição desses empreendedores, clientes do Santander, um conjunto de soluções ofertadas pelo Sistema Sebrae, principalmente em forma de assessoria pós-crédito”.

Programa

A iniciativa acontece no âmbito do Fundo de Aval às Micro e Pequenas Empresas (Fampe), programa cujo objetivo é complementar as garantias exigidas pelos bancos de pequenos empreendedores em busca de empréstimos para capital de giro e investimento fixo.

Além de Santander e Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Banco de Desenvolvimento de Minas Gerais (BDMG), Banco Regional de Desenvolvimento do Extremo Sul (BRDE), Banco de Brasília (BRB), Agência de Fomento do Mato Grosso (MT Fomento), Agência Estadual de Fomento do Rio de Janeiro (AgeRio) e Agência de Fomento de São Paulo (Desenvolve SP) também fazem parte do Fampe.

Desde 1995, quando o fundo foi criado, foram disponibilizados R$ 11 bilhões em financiamento, garantidos por R$ 8,5 bilhões provenientes do Sebrae, afirma a entidade.
